RETAQS, Inc. has provided project management services for short term projects requiring expertise in the areas of Reactivity Management, Nuclear Fuel, and Plant Operations. Typically, the RETAQS Project Manager spends a significant amount of time at the customer's site developing the project plan and organizing the project team. The RETAQS Project Manager then returns to the home office and continues to run the project remotely via computer modem, conference calls, and periodic site visits.
Under this arrangement, the customer only pays for the hours required to support the project and yet has the benefit of a dedicated project manager with technical experience to support successful project completion.
